Hello! This 5K was was well organised and thoroughly enjoyable! A great opportunity to contribute to a good cause and get exercise too! I ran in the 60+ age group. I am 71 years old and this was my first running 5K ever!
Next year, I would love to see a 70s age group. The “golden years” often mean that there is a general decline in physical ability. Having a 70s group would be consistent with the other age group category divisions and give the 70s a better chance for recognition. Who doesn’t like recognition!! Thanks again for a great event and for considering my feedback.
Congrats on running your first 5k. We’ll definitely consider your feedback!! We’ll be having a wrap-up meeting in the next few weeks, and we’ll be sure to put it on the agenda. We’re so glad you enjoyed the race. You go, girl!
Thanks for your response to my feedback. Much appreciated!
