  1. Hello! This 5K was was well organised and thoroughly enjoyable! A great opportunity to contribute to a good cause and get exercise too! I ran in the 60+ age group. I am 71 years old and this was my first running 5K ever!
    Next year, I would love to see a 70s age group. The “golden years” often mean that there is a general decline in physical ability. Having a 70s group would be consistent with the other age group category divisions and give the 70s a better chance for recognition. Who doesn’t like recognition!! Thanks again for a great event and for considering my feedback.
